General

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the Strong Unlimited subscription service ("Service") offered by Strong Together. ("Stronger Together"). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription and Auto-Renewal:
1.1. The Strong Unlimited subscription is a monthly subscription service that provides users with unlimited access to Strong's premium features and content.
1.2. The subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled by the subscriber.
1.3. By subscribing to the Service, you authorize Strong to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

2. Billing and Payments:
2.1. The subscription fee will be billed in advance on a monthly basis to the payment method provided by the subscriber.
2.2. The subscriber is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing information.
2.3. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

3. Cancellation:
3.1. Subscribers may cancel their Strong Unlimited subscription at any time by accessing the account settings within the Strong mobile application or by website.
3.2. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to the Service will continue until the end of the billing period.

4. Changes to Subscription:
4.1. Strong reserves the right to change the subscription fee and features of the Service with prior notice to subscribers.
4.2. Changes to the subscription fee will take effect upon the next billing cycle after notice is provided.

5. Use of the Service:
5.1. Subscribers agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5.2. Subscribers may not share their subscription credentials with others or attempt to access the Service through unauthorized means.
5.3. Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password.

6. Intellectual Property:
6.1. All content and materials provided as part of the Service are the property of Strong or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. Subscribers may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the content without prior written consent from Strong.

7. Limitation of Liability:
7.1. In no event shall Strong be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
7.2. Strong's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the subscriber for the Service during the twelve-month period preceding the claim.

By subscribing to the Strong Unlimited service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not subscribe to the Service.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all purchases are non-refundable and considered final sale. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be refunded.

For our challenges, you will have access to the content for 90 days from the date of purchase unless you are an Unlimited Member, in which case access remains ongoing. One-time rentals are available for 24 hours from the time of purchase.
